Shaunie L. Keys, MD FACOG - United Center for Women's Health 

Dr. Shaunie Keys has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Kirkland since 1998, both in private practice and as an onsite physician at EvergreenHealth Medical Center, where her primary responsibility was treating patients with obstetrical and gynecological emergencies.  She will starting seeing patients at the United Center for Women's Health in Kirkland in August 2019.  The practice is conveniently located near Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, and serves patients from Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, Bellevue, Monroe, and the greater Eastside area.  OB patients of the practice deliver at Evergreen Health Medical Center (Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland).

Dr. Keys graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and completed her OB/GYN residency at in Phoenix at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, affiliated with the University of Arizona School of Medicine. During her residency, she was awarded the Perinatal High Risk Obstetrics Resident of the Year. She is board certified and has been a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2001.

Dr. Keys has specialty training in minimally-invasive laparoscopic techniques, is the physician consultant for the childbirth education curriculum at EvergreenHealth Medical Center, and is currently on the implementation team for the national "Team Birth Project" to improve patient satisfaction and safety at Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, which serves Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville and Seattle's Eastside.  

With more than 20 years of experience as an OBGYN, Dr. Keys treats all aspects of women’s health including high-risk and routine obstetrics, gynecologic surgical procedures, infertility, pre-pregnancy counseling, contraception, adolescent gynecology, irregular heavy menstrual cycles and menopause. She has a strong interest in disease prevention and working closely with her patients to help them make informed decisions which will guide them towards lifelong health and wellness.

Dr. Keys enjoys spending time with her two daughters, husband of 25 years, and very spoiled dog. In her time off, she loves exploring the Pacific Northwest, traveling to experience new cultures, gardening, knitting and scrapbooking.
